13 candidates vying for open state Supreme Court justice seats

Thirteen candidates are vying for two unexpired West Virginia Supreme Court justice terms. The retirement of Menis Ketchum and Robin Davis created the open seats. Ketchum had two-years left in his term and Davis had six-years left in her term. Both seats will be on the ballot in November.
