2 People shot and killed in Charleston apartment

Police have released the names of the victims in a double homicide investigation. The bodies of 47-year-old Jenni Chesney and 50-year-old Kenneth Campbell were found Wednesday morning in an apartment on Washington Street West. Both victims and a dog were found shot to death at the scene. No arrests have been made.
