20 candidates vying for Supreme Court seats
Twenty candidates will be on the ballot in November for two vacant West Virginia Supreme Court seats. The filing deadline was Tuesday at midnight. Menis Ketchum and Robin Davis retired from the Court amid impeachment charges.
