5-year-old found wandering in the street

A Hamlin woman is under arrest after her five-year-old daughter was found wandering alone in the middle of the street with no shoes, socks, or pants, and holding a meth pipe. Police found thirty-year-old Christina Wade passed out in bed with uncapped needles and a meth pipe nearby. Wade is charged with child abuse and neglect.
