92-year old Man Faces Murder Charge

A 92-year-old father is facing a murder charge for shooting and killing his 68-year old daughter. Sheriff’s deputies are standing guard at Charleston Area Medical Center General Hospital waiting for William “Jack” Stuck to be released, and WCHS TV reports he’ll be taken to jail at that point. Stuck is accused of shooting and killing his daughter, Sandra Nichols and then turning the gun on himself, but his injuries were not life threatening.
