Teacher Released over Tweets

A teacher at Huntington High School is no longer on the job after posting controversial comments online. The Cabell County School District says Mary Durstein was terminated after the online comments about President Obama and Muslims. She came under fire early this year when complaints surfaced about her tweets and she was placed on paid leave. The school announced the termination yesterday and said it was immediate.
