Weather Impacts Much of the Eastern US
The Nor’Easter that’s impacting several states has prompted the National Weather Service to issue warnings in parts of West Virginia. Meteorologists believe snow could last through Wednesday, and widespread power outages are possibledue to the weight of the snow on tree limbs and power lines. WCHS TV reports the warning area includes parts of northern West Virginia, while a winter storm watch stretches from Greenbrier County through the northern mountains, the Potomac Valley and the entire Eastern Panhandle. he Kanawha Valley is not expected to see the same snowfall that the eastern part of the state will.
