100 Dresses

More than 100 dresses made by the Elkins Sewing Center and local volunteers will be given to children living in African countries. Volunteer Bonnie Scalia was inspired by the organization Dress a Girl Around the World. Scalia and other volunteers were given access to the sewing center to make the dresses, which are being given to the nonprofit group Healthcare Volunteer Uganda.
