Right to Work

West Virginia’s high court is turning away the state’s right-to-work case. Attorney General Patrick Morrisey asked the state Supreme Court to do away with an injunction that prevented a right-to-work law from taking effect but the court turned down the request. Morrisey says the injunction leads to confusion. He’s hoping to appeal the case but a ruling is needed. The High Court this week declined the motion.
