West Virginia’s voter turnout is low. A new report called “America Goes to The Polls” ranks all 50 states in voter turnout for the 2016 election and says West Virginia’s rate of just under 51-percent is one of the lowest. Hawaii, Texas, Tennessee and Arkansas are at the bottom, along with West Virginia for the third consecutive presidential election. Minnesota, Maine, New Hampshire and Colorado are at the top.
