Transportation Bills

A trio of transportation bills is making its way through the West Virginia Legislature. A measure that would allow public-private deals for highway roads, another that would eliminate financial caps on certain projects and a third that would boost the amount the state can ask for in grant money were all approved yesterday by the Senate Finance Committee. All three are part of Governor Justice’s highway plan.
