Manchin Opioid Epidemic

Senator Joe Manchin is among those sponsoring a bill that would help fight the opioid epidemic. Manchin says the new law would create prescription drug monitoring programs, and states would then be able to share the collected information. The senator says something needs to be done to fight the epidemic which kills more than 90 people every day.
