New Family Court Judge

A new family court judge is being appointed in West Virginia. Governor Tomblin announced yesterday that Jeffrey Roth will take over the bench as Family Court Judge of 25th Family Judicial Circuit. Roth has been practicing law in West Virginia since 1995 and served as the Prosecuting Attorney in Grant County from 2012 to 2016.
