State Budget

With a proposed state budget with more than 110-million-dollars in cuts, many will see cutbacks. West Virginia University stands to have nearly 16-million-dollars trimmed from its budget. The plan by Governor Justice would have reduced funds for WVU by nearly four-and-a-half-million-dollars.
