Trail System Bill

Governor Jim Justice’s veto of a recreational trail system bill is being criticized by some. Senate Bill 28 would have allowed counties to create regional recreation boards and have trails for off road enthusiasts. Some are going as far as saying the governor is protecting the interest of Off Road Adventures at The Greenbrier Resort, in which he owns.
