Topless Rally is a Peaceful One

Dozens of women went topless on Saturday evening and walked peacefully from Davis Park on Summers Street to Kanawha Boulevard. Some supporters were fully clothed, but the march was an effort to raise awareness for public breast feeding and topless tanning. Organizers acknowledge that state laws don’t ban going topless, but some of the language is vague.
