City Leaders Approve Downtown Parking Changes

The Charleston City Council this week addressed two parking issues this week. One measure approved establishes a 15-minute parking zone on the west side of Summers Street between Washington Street East and Donnally Street. The second measure passed Monday creates a handicapped parking zone at 209 Morris St., in front of the Charleston Baptist Temple.
