Former America’s Got Talent Winner is Arrested

A former America’s Got Talent winner with Logan County ties is facing charges. Landau Murphy Jr. has been charged with domestic battery and domestic assault after allegedly attacking a woman with a golf club and hitting her at his home in Whitman Monday night. She was treated at Logan Regional Medical Center. Murphy Jr. is out of jail on bond. He won the America’s Got Talent television show in 2011.
