Riverside High Student Faces Drug Charges

A high school student is facing drug charges after being arrested Tuesday at school. A juvenile was arrested at Riverside High School after a staff member found methamphetamine on the student, according to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. The student was arrested on a possession of meth charge at a time when the school resource officer was off duty, so a patrol deputy came and took the juvenile into custody.
