Power Back
Power is back on in most Cabell and Putnam County locations after a Tuesday afternoon outage. Thousands were left in the dark Tuesday, as an AEP breaker near Huntington failed and darkened many spots. The Huntington Mall was shut down for a time and some schools also lost power service but the electric company had power restored by the evening. They’re still investigating the outage.
