WV Supreme Court
West Virginia’s Supreme Court clerk is moving to a District Court. Rory Perry the Second has spent nearly two decades with the court but said yesterday he is leaving for the same position with a federal court. The Marshall and WVU College of Law graduate has been appointed to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. The “Gazette” says Perry was an assistant attorney general before moving to the Supreme Court in the late 1990s.
