West Virginia lawmakers heading into special session

West Virginia lawmakers are heading into special session today. Governor Justice called the session to tackle a variety of issues, including the newly passed road construction bond package, and a measure to exclude military personnel from state income taxes. The session is expected to run through tomorrow.
