Two Marshall Athletes are Suspended

Two Marshall University athletes have been suspended from their teams after an incident Sunday morning at Rocco’s Little Italy in Huntington. Nathaniel Devers is a junior offensive lineman for the football team, and was charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of battery of an officer, public intoxication and obstructing. Cory Shimensky. He’s a senior and a defender for the soccer team. Two others were also charged, after police responded to a disturbance at the restaurant. The suspensions at Marshall are indefinite.
