Pricey Estate for Sale
One of the priciest properties in West Virginia is on the market. The asking price for the 19,000-square-foot mountaintop mansion owned by a West Virginia Supreme Court justice and a Charleston lawyer is $17 million. The Gazette-Mail reports that Justice Robin Davis and attorney Scott Segal listed the property over the weekend. A website — www.quarryridge.estate — has been established to market the 17-acre estate. Segal has said he and Davis are selling the house because they want to downsize and move to a smaller home in Charleston.
