Governor Justice touts China deal
China Energy’s 83-billion dollar investment in West Virginia will unfold over several decades and take various forms. Governor Justice and other state officials spoke about the deal yesterday calling it a huge economic spike for the state. The deal centers around shale gas development and chemical manufacturing.
