WV settles with Western Union

West Virginia will receive nearly 3-million-dollars as part of a settlement with Western Union. The deal resolves claims by multiple state that the company was involved in a wide variety of third party scams. Twenty-three-thousand people are eligible for refunds in West Virginia.
