DUI arrest in St. Albans

A St. Albans woman is recovering from serious injuries this morning. She was injured in a car crash Friday night. Felony DUI charges have been filed against Terry Jarrett II who police say crashed head-on into the woman along Kanawha Terrace. He’s being held at South Central Regional jail.
