Governor Justice calls for tax reform

Governor Justice is calling for tax reform. The governor says higher standard deductions and lower rates for businesses will encourage economic growth and job creation. A tax bill is headed to the floor of the U.S. Senate, and Republican leaders say they hope to have the measure approved by the end of the week.
