WVDOH worker dies in garage fire

A West Virginia Department of Highways worker died in a fire at a DOH garage in Cherry Falls. Twenty-two-year-old Stephen Cogar died in the fire early Monday morning. When firefighters arrived, the building was heavily involved. Cogar was found inside the building, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
