Students pursuing math & science careers get a boost

More than one-and-a-half million dollars will go to Kanawha County students interested in science, technology, engineering and math careers. Bridge Valley Community and Technical College received a grant from the American Electric Power Foundation to implement the Credits Counts program, which allows students to earn college credits while still in high school.
