Multiple agencies involved in a high speed chase

Jackson County authorities say a man lead officers from several departments on a high speed chase Thursday. Dennis Weakland was wanted on robbery charges and was driving a stolen vehicle. At least six police agencies were involved in the chase. Ripley police eventually deployed spike strips and ended the pursuit. Weakland struggle with officers and was tased several time before being taken into custody.
