Manchin introduces Skylar’s Law

Senator Manchin is introducing legislation that would allow public notification of missing children cases that don’t meet the criteria for an amber alert. It’s called “Skylar’s Law,” and would establish a national endangered missing advisory network. The law is named after 16-year old Skylar Neese, who was murdered in Morgantown.
