92-year-old man incompetent to stand trial

A 92-year old Kanawha County man will spend the rest of his life in a mental hospital. William Stuck is accused of killing his daughter last year in Mink Shoals. Monk was ruled incompetent to stand trial. The judge said there would be enough evidence to convict him if the case went to trial.
