Putnam County teacher fired for inappropriate behavior

A Putnam county teacher terminated for inappropriate behavior. The school board fired Kevin Neal last night; he was an instructor at the Putnam County Career and Technical Center. He’s accused of having an inappropriate relationship with at least one of his students. Law enforcement is investigating.
