Former prosecutor faces child pornography charges

A former assistant prosecuting attorney in Kanawha County is facing federal child pornography charges. Stephen Sluss is charged with receipt of child pornography after an investigation that started in May. Sluss is in jail in Kentucky. A hearing is set for Thursday.
