Defending pro-life speech

West Virginia is one of more than a half-dozen state asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a case defending pro-life speech. Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says the state filed a brief supporting a pastor’s right to stand outside a clinic and speak out against abortion.
