Man arrested for leaving kids alone in a car

South Charleston police arrested a man for leaving his two small children alone in a car in a Walmart parking lot. Police say Matthew Stover left his 3-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter in the car with access to a shotgun and drug paraphernalia. Stover is charged with child neglect and several other charges. The children were released to their Mother.
