WV Corrections Officers accused of sexual abuse
Three West Virginia correctional officers are accused of sexually abusing three women while they were in custody. The women filed the charges yesterday. Two of the women were serving sentences at the Work Release Centers in Huntington and Charleston and the third woman was an inmate at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville. The women say they experienced continued sexual harassment and abuse by the corrections officers. The officers’ superiors are also named in the suit.
