Hit-and run on the West Side

A hit-and run on the West Side…A driver left the scene after hitting a person last night at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Washington Street west. Police caught up with the driver in Kanawha City. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
