Charleston service fee going up

It will cost you more to work in Charleston. The city service fee is going up 50-cents to 3-dollars per week. The increase will generate an additional 1-point-three million dollars to help the city combat its transient homeless crime problem. The city will hire ten new police officers starting in April.
