Copper Thefts Lead to Phone Outages

Some Mingo County residents are still without phone service, and copper thefts are to blame. The problem has been especially bad near Delbarton, when copper thefts knocked out phone service around Christmas time. Repairs are underway, but there are still spotty outages, and problems with theft have continued over the past two weeks. Frontier Communications is aware of the problem, and encourage anyone who sees suspicious activity to report it.
