The State of the State getting mixed reviews

Governor Jim Justice’s State of the State address is getting mixed reviews. The biggest applause of the night came when the governor pledged, no new taxes. Other highlights included a one-percent pay raise for state employees, including teachers. Not everyone was happy…Many state employees believe that increases in health care costs amount to a pay cut. They showed up to protest when the Governor arrived.
