Traffic stop turns into high speed chase

A traffic stop turned into a 20-mile police chase Saturday afternoon. The chase started in St. Albans and ended in Charleston. Officers attempted to arrest Justin Barker and another man on an outstanding warrant, when Barker took off. He eventually stopped at Gregory Lane and Rutledge Road and led police on a foot chase. Barker was driving on a suspended license and will face additional charges for running from police.
