Atlantic Coast Pipeline on step closer to reality

The Atlantic Coast Pipeline is a step closer to reality after two key permits were approved. West Virginia signed off on an environmental permit, and North Carolina approved a water permit. The five-billion-dollar project would run through several West Virginia counties and span about 600 miles between the state and eastern North Carolina. Plans call for construction to be completed in 2019.
