Elective surgery suspended at Cabell Huntington Hospital

Cabell Huntington Hospital has suspended elective surgeries for a few days due to “granular particulate” found on some surgical trays. The Hospital canceled scheduled surgeries Tuesday after the substance was found on a few sterile trays in the main operating room. The hospital says the suspension is a precautionary measure, and they are working to fix the problem.
