Governor says he’ll freeze health insurance premiums

Governor Jim Justice says he’s moving forward with a plan to freeze health insurance premiums for West Virginia’s Public Employees Insurance Agency. The governor says he’ll delay the changes for the next 17-months until a permanent solution can be reached.
