Students Are About to Get Recycling Lessons
A nonprofit environmental organization is bringing lessons in recycling to West Virginia classrooms. The Recycling Coalition of West Virginia has developed educational materials to teach students about recycling, composting and solid waste disposal. The coalition also offers lessons in the costs of waste disposal versus recycling and composting and how much waste is generated by the school cafeteria. Recycling lesson plans and other material can be found at www.wvrecycles.com.
