Mayor wants to get rid of needle exchange program

Charleston Mayor Danny Jones says he wants to get rid of the city’s needle exchange program. The Mayor says the success of the harm reduction program is outweighed by the dangers thousands of discarded needles pose to children, emergency workers and others.
