Burglar found lying in a bathtub

A Fayette County woman came home early Thursday morning and found her home broken into, and a woman lying in her bathtub. The homeowner said the woman appeared to be under the influence, and saying things that didn’t make sense. Thirty-one-year-old Catherine Akers is charged with burglary and trespassing.
