Man pepper sprayed at Charleston Town Center

Charleston police say initial reports of a shooting at Charleston Town Center parking garage, turned out to be a domestic dispute, and no shots were fired. A man and woman were fighting and a passerby who saw the altercation sprayed the man with pepper spray. No one was injured, and no arrests were made.
